Pro and subscriptions
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Use the Apple Account you originally purchased with, then select Restore Purchases on the Pawse Pro screen in the app. Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be managed in Apple's subscription settings.

Deleting your account and data
On the Account screen in Pawse, select Delete Account and Data and follow the confirmation steps. Apple accounts may require fresh authorization. Once deletion is confirmed as successful, the current account and its associated cloud data are deleted, and that account's local data is cleaned up.
Recovery backups belonging to other accounts, guests, or unidentified owners are retained to avoid deleting unrelated data. Signing out, deleting the app, or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
If deletion cannot be completed, contact support. Do not send us your sign-in credentials.
Sync and photos
Cloud sync requires sign-in, an internet connection, and Pro access. If sync fails, keep your local data, check the status on the Account screen, and retry. If there is a version conflict, first export a recovery backup, then follow the instructions to choose which data to keep.
Product photos use only thumbnails of images you select. The associated thumbnails are synced when you use cloud sync.
